To make everything clear and easy to understand, here are the most important terms that apply to our courses:

  • All videos and materials are for personal use only. They must not be copied, shared, redistributed, or pirated in any form.
  • The content inside Experience Weng Chun is part of a structured curriculum. You may not teach, reproduce, or commercially use this material without explicit written permission from IWKA Limited.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled. Students are responsible for cancelling their subscription before the next billing date if they do not wish to continue.
  • Subscription management depends on how and when you signed up (see Section 3 below).

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the websites and online course operated by IWKA Limited: 

  • Experience Weng Chun 

By accessing or using our websites and courses, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not continue to use our services.

2. Terminology

“User”, “You”, and “Your” refer to the person accessing our website or courses.
“The Company”, “We”, “Us”, and “Our” refer to IWKA Limited. These terms apply to all agreements, services, and use of our platforms.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly).


  • All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.


  • Current Platform (after upgrade): For subscriptions made on our current platform, students can manage and cancel their subscription at any time directly from their account page.


  • Previous Platform (before 22 May 2026): Students who subscribed on the previous platform must submit cancellation requests by: 1) Emailing support@experiencewengchun.com or 2) Using the contact form on our website at least 7 working days before the next billing date.


  • PayPal Subscriptions (all users): For subscriptions made via PayPal (on either the old or current platform), students can manage or cancel their subscription at any time directly through their personal PayPal account.


  • It is the subscriber’s responsibility to ensure cancellation is completed before the next billing cycle.


  • Cancellation will stop future billing but does not refund payments already made. Continued access to course content depends on an active subscription, unless otherwise specified (e.g. legacy access where applicable).

4. Minors (Under 18)

If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use this website and its services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Any subscription or payment must be made by, or with the consent of, a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to restrict or cancel access if we reasonably believe an account has been created or used without proper consent.

5. Third Party Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, text, and training methods, are the intellectual property of IWKA Limited.
You agree that you will not:

  • Republish or redistribute any material
  • Sell, rent, or sublicense course content
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or copy materials
  • Share your account access with others
  • Teach or commercially use the material without written permission


Access is granted strictly for personal learning purposes.

7. User Content (Comments & Contributions)

Parts of our website may allow users to post comments or content.

Some users may have accounts originating from a previous platform. In certain cases, account data may require manual verification or restoration. IWKA Limited reserves the right to manage such cases individually.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any previous versions, these Terms shall apply, unless otherwise clearly stated.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
By using our services, you agree that any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
