For subscriptions made on our current platform, students can manage and cancel their subscription at any time directly from their account page.

Previous Platform (before 22 May 2026):
Students who subscribed on the previous platform must submit cancellation requests by: 1) Emailing support@experiencewengchun.com or 2) Using the contact form on our website
at least 7 working days before the next billing date.

PayPal Subscriptions (all users):
For subscriptions made via PayPal (on either the old or current platform), students can manage or cancel their subscription at any time directly through their personal PayPal account.

It is the subscriber’s responsibility to ensure cancellation is completed before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation will stop future billing but does not refund payments already made.
Continued access to course content depends on an active subscription, unless otherwise specified (e.g. legacy access where applicable).
If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use this website and its services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Any subscription or payment must be made by, or with the consent of, a parent or legal guardian.
